PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI DIGITAL UNTUK PEMELIHARAAN KESEHATAN PEREMPUAN PADA KELOMPOK MAJELIS TAKLIM JAKARTA BARAT

Advances in digital and information technology are growing rapidly. The use of smartphones to access the internet is also high. Many applications have been developed to make it easier for users to carry out daily activities. The development of this technology is a challenge for women to open themselves and build awareness for digital technology literacy. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of taklim assembly participants to become smart women in the digital age by weighing the positives and negatives. The method of implementation is by giving a presentation or lecture on how to obtain correct information, especially related to health information and introduction of several applications that are useful for monitoring the health of participants, followed by question and answer sessions and discussions. The target is the taklim assembly group in the West Jakarta area, both teenagers and housewives. The result of this activity is the provision of education about the use of digital technology can be well received and understood by participants. The participants were very enthusiastic and actively asked questions and discussed. From this activity, it can be concluded that there are still many members of the taklim assembly who do not yet know the application to access health information. Most participants use smartphones to access social media such as Facebook, Instagram and conversation applications such as WhatsApp and Line. After participating in this activity, it is expected that there will be an increase in the capacity and knowledge of participants in utilizing digital technology in an optimal and thoughtful manner so that it can be beneficial to the health of themselves and their family.
